Thomas Heinz is an incredible hairstylist and probably one of the best colorist in New York and I say this as someone in the industry. I learned about Thomas years ago when I was working at a fashion magazine and he was every Beauty Director's best kept secret. Don't let his friendly, laid back demeanor fool you, he's a major player and could be uptown charging monster prices. Luckily for us that's not his bag. The salon is discreet, modern, fashionably appointed yet comfortable. It perfectly represents the overall ethos which is top tier salon services without the attitude and inflated prices. Thomas has transformed my hair several times and I am never less than thrilled when I walk out of the salon. I've gone in asking for a specific color or cut which he nails every time but my best experiences have been when I've just let him do his thing. He's repeatedly given me the perfect color and cut for my hair texture, my face and my personal style. Everyone I've ever sent to the salon feels the same way. Any time I've gone some place else because I couldn't get an appointment or thought I'd try someone new I come running back.
